- Product Administration regarding commission payments /deals managed daily
- Before we accept a fund to market it to intermediaries we complete a rigorous in house vetting process, completed by our in house actuary and externally if we require a second opinion.(*)
- Each month ( more frequently if required) the fund is reviewed and updated regarding our thoughts and comments ( internally) . If we believe we need to notify our intermediaries or any updates/changes /concerns we will do so(*)
- Mango staff regularly meets with our suppliers to receive updates and share any concerns or admin issues.
- Monthly statements are issued to all our intermediaries detailing all deals placed, commissions paid, commissions outstanding , rough indication of trail comm. and when comm. payments are due. We believe this helps support our IFAs and also details quite clearly any outstanding deals or issues immediately.
- Regular regional visits which is due to increase in the future when we will be completing more face to face visits with our intermediaries.
- Regular telephone sales support around visits, special offers or campaigns
- Personal service. You will always be able to get in touch with a member of the Mango team
- Regular sales meetings to update each other on current issues/news
